all about tiny and what our life is like these days

so as most of you know by now, we have a new addition to our family.

meet tiny. he is 3. he is adorable. he loves spiderman. he came to live with us on October 21st. he seems to be adjusting okay. he is biologically the youngest of 3. so being the baby of the family is not new for him. he is very used to being babied. we are working on that.

life is good. things are crazy busy. bigs and smalls are dealing with normal 3 and 4 year old stuff. we have been dealing with tantrums and such a lot lately and it is challenging our parenting skills, or lack there of. but we are all growing. tiny is learning to use his words and the potty. smalls is learning not to talk back or be defiant. biggie is learning to listen and not throw a fit when things don't go his way. I am learning to be consistent and stern with them. Aaron is learning to be more patient and intentional about communicating better with the boys. we are all learning. so that is good.

most days, I feel like we are a relatively normal family. most days. 

we were supposed to go to court for an update on biggie and smalls Wednesday but it got moved to November 9th. the nice part is, Tiny's case goes to court the same day. so we can "kill two birds with one stone."

hopefully we will have more news then. in the mean time we have two power rangers and a spiderman  (yay for passing down costumes) that are excited for Halloween. 

oh yeah. and the two bigger boys were officially with us for a year on October 18th. we celebrated our families "birthday" by going to El Carrizo. they sang to us and put Sombreros on the boys heads and ice cream on their noses. they loved it.
